Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine dating back more than 3,000 years, and helps support the flow and health of the energy (Qi) in the body. The medicine’s goal is to create harmony and support the body to heal itself from the root. This can be accomplished through the use of needles to activate acupuncture points on the energy lines called meridians. Bringing balance to these meridians will support the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body and organs.

Naya Rice and Zachary Rice are Licensed Acupuncturists in the state of Hawai'i, currently serving the community of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Acupuncture sessions are one on one for one hour. Chinese Medicine treatments also may include moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, energy and sound medicine, meridian massage, and Chinese herbal formulas. We are located in North Kihei.

Meditation classes are offered for those that would like to learn self care techniques based on Chinese Medicine theory, breathing, qigong and neigong practices. Open to anyone on the path of self cultivation.

Naya Rice is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Hawai’i, and completed her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine in 2011 from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii (TCMCH). Her training at TCMCH focused on a diverse amount of styles of acupuncture, herbal prescription, and energy medicine. She is also certified in Acutonics, Medical qi-gong, Usui Reiki, Kiso Method, Tui Na, and integrates other modalities into the medicine for each individual. She specializes in women’s health, prenatal and postpartum care, emotional balancing and release, pain management, and energy alignment.

Zachary Rice is a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Hawai’i. He completed his Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii (TCMCH) on the Big Island in 2011. His training at TCMCH focused on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) style of acupuncture and herbal prescription. He also uses Usui Reiki, Acutonics (sound healing therapy using tuning forks) and Kiso Method (a non-force adjustment method).
